What can I expect after taking the first few doses?

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Unflavoured and Lemon/Orange Rafaa are recommended during this time. Avoid Aloe and Mineral Rafaa during pregnancy and lactation due to Aloe Ferox.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
No, it must be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight because the organisms are in a natural “living phase”.
